CMJ Media Meet-n-Greet Co-Hosted By Ariel Hyatt & Cyber PR.
This event took place during the CMJ in New York city at Sutra Lounge 16 1st Avenue (near 1st street) from 5-7PM this Tuesday evening.
I was glad to be there by invitation of Ariel Hyatt and Christina Duren.
Local, national and international media & bloggers, united! CMJ was proud to present its first ever Media Meet-n-Greet for all badge-holding bloggers, journalists, writers and photographers! Presented by the Experience Music Project, The Bloom Effect and Ariel Hyatt Cyber PR.
The mixer featured a 30 minutes mike and djay performance
by Sarah White and DJ set from the Beatards. Tasty libations and multiple opportunities to meet my media peers was in effect.
I got my groove on, no interview though.
Sutra had free Wi-Fi to help me capture all the action onsite. But the lighting was soooo low. My little video streaming app on my Apple iPhone called Qik could not capture all the hub-bub without sufficient hardware lighting.
I say many people in attendance such as Nabila Lester; Hyo Young Jung; Ben Herson; Gary Taylor; Lisa Bianco and Lauren Lanuzzi.
