Ghana Vs. Cameroon

The clash of the Titans!

This match will take place as one of the two semi-finals on February 7th, 2008.

I know many people who will have to decide which nation they will stand for on the 7th of February. Some people I know have parents and grandparents from both countries in running in their blood. Cameroonians and Ghanaians are both proud and vociferous supporters of their football teams.Ghana vs Cameroon As to which team is better; it seems that both teams balance out. Yes.. The Lions striker Samuel Eto’o outshines any striker on the Black Stars. Eto’o cannot handle all of the weight himself to score. Junior Agogo of the Black Stars is a macho ‘go-getter’. He doesn’t wait for the set up to strike. He creates the set-up himself. Watch the Ghanaian mid field pick up the slack. This match will be classic but not as rivalry as when the Black Stars met and defeated the Super Eagles of Nigeria a few days ago. It will be a loooong day (and maybe a long night!) tomorrow! People are tipping Ghana to take this one to push for a final spot. Maybe because the host country is swaying the supporters. I did find some Cameroonians in Accra and Kumasi who feverishly support the Indomitable Lions. Check with me in 20 hours for the outcome! The winner of this match will meet either Côte D’Ivoire or Egypt in the finals on the up-coming Sunday. I’m out ;`{)
